Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Chorus Local, including the web application, onboarding flows, billing flows, integrations, AI-assisted draft workflows, and related support services.
Chorus Local is operated by Shreekaram Global LLC. References to Chorus Local, we, us, or our mean Shreekaram Global LLC operating the Chorus Local product unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
By creating an account, starting a trial, inviting a team member, connecting an integration, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business or organization you represent.
Who may use Chorus Local
Chorus Local is intended for business use by restaurants, cafes, and other local operators. You must be able to form a binding agreement and must have authority to manage the workspace, integrations, and public-facing content for the business you register.
If you connect a Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram business account, payment account, or other third-party property, you represent that you have authority to grant Chorus Local access for that property and to approve actions taken from the workspace.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate workspace information, and making sure users have only the roles and permissions appropriate for their work.
Workspaces, roles, and approvals
Each business workspace is scoped to that business and its authorized users. Owners manage billing, integrations, approvals, settings, and team access. Editors, approvers, and viewers may have narrower access based on workspace role.
Chorus Local is approval-first for sensitive public-facing actions. AI-generated replies, post drafts, recommendations, and manual publishing handoffs are aids for human review, not promises of unsupervised publishing.
Customer content and public outputs
You retain ownership of business information, reviews, drafts, media, approved edits, prompts you provide, and other content submitted to the service. You grant Chorus Local the rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, transform, and transmit that content to provide the service.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving public-facing outputs before they are published, copied, exported, or used outside the service. You must not publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or inconsistent with platform rules.
AI-assisted features
AI features may draft review replies, content ideas, summaries, recommendations, classifications, and safety checks. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable without human review.
Chorus Local does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional review or business judgment.
Integrations and third-party services
Some workflows depend on third-party services such as Google Business Profile, Meta products including Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, Stripe, email providers, analytics providers, AI providers, Google Cloud hosting, and object storage. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Official APIs and approved platform flows are the default for publishing, synchronization, billing, and connected account actions. Chorus Local does not promise unsupported write access, scraping-based automation, policy circumvention, or unsupervised publishing.
Google Business Profile workflows use Google's official OAuth and Business Profile APIs where available. Chorus Local may request permissions such as business profile management access only to provide owner-approved review, profile, and local presence workflows for the connected workspace.
Meta-connected publishing depends on the app's current Meta permissions, business verification, user consent, connected Page or Instagram business account eligibility, and platform review status. Where direct publishing is unavailable, Chorus Local may provide an approval-ready manual fallback instead.
For developer-platform verification, the public legal and callback surfaces are intended to include Privacy Policy (https://choruslocal.com/privacy), Terms (https://choruslocal.com/terms), Data Deletion Instructions (https://choruslocal.com/data-deletion), Meta data deletion callback (https://api.choruslocal.com/api/v1/integrations/meta/data-deletion), and Meta deletion status (https://api.choruslocal.com/api/v1/integrations/meta/data-deletion/status/{confirmationCode}). Production deployment URLs must match the URLs submitted to Google, Meta, and other providers.
Trials, subscriptions, and payment
Self-serve signup starts with a 30-day free trial of the selected plan. During signup, the workspace owner selects a plan, creates the business workspace, and completes Stripe Checkout with a payment method on file.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins billing at the monthly price shown for the plan. Owners can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and supported plan changes through the billing page and Stripe customer portal.
During sandbox, test, or prelaunch deployments, Stripe Checkout may run in test mode. Test-mode checkouts do not create real payment obligations or live card charges, and live billing terms apply only when Chorus Local enables live Stripe checkout for production customers.
Usage allowances are tied to the selected plan and may include AI credits, review sync volume, and scheduled or manual publishing handoffs. Chorus Local may recommend an upgrade when usage approaches or reaches a plan allowance.
Acceptable use
You may not use Chorus Local for illegal activity, platform abuse, spam, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, deceptive marketing, review manipulation, review gating, incentive-based review behavior, or unsupported automation.
Additional use restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Service availability and changes
Chorus Local may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves, third-party APIs change, or security, compliance, or operational needs require. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account creates legal, security, payment, platform-policy, or abuse risk.
Disclaimers and limitations
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chorus Local does not guarantee search rankings, map pack placement, review volume, sales, referral outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chorus Local will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of data. Chorus Local's aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Chorus Local in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement.
After termination, we may retain records needed for billing, audit, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
