Overview
Chorus Local uses subprocessors and third-party service providers to run the application, process payments, send email, host data, operate AI-assisted workflows, monitor reliability, and connect authorized third-party platforms.
Specific vendors may vary by deployment environment, customer agreement, and product configuration. Material production subprocessor changes should be reflected on this page or in customer notice where required.
Current provider categories
The following categories are expected for the production service.
- Google Cloud or comparable cloud hosting, database, networking, secret management, and infrastructure providers for the web app, API, workers, queues, and managed storage.
- Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, customer portal sessions, payment status, and billing records.
- Email delivery providers for magic links, invitations, password resets, support, notifications, and customer communications.
- AI model and evaluation providers for draft generation, summaries, validation, policy checks, and related workflow processing.
- Product analytics, observability, logging, and error-monitoring providers for reliability, security, product quality, and support.
- First-party product feedback and analytics storage in Chorus Local's database, with any future analytics mirror or provider requiring updated vendor review and disclosure.
- Official integration providers such as Google Business Profile APIs, Facebook Login, Facebook Pages, Instagram Graph API, and Meta platform services when a workspace connects accounts or uses supported publishing, synchronization, deauthorization, and deletion flows.
Customer controls
Customers control which workspaces, users, integrations, and optional workflows are enabled. Disconnecting an integration may limit future synchronization or publishing, but may not remove historical audit records or content already stored in the workspace. Deletion instructions are available at https://choruslocal.com/data-deletion.
