Deletion and revocation
Data Deletion Instructions
How workspace owners and connected-account users can disconnect integrations, request deletion, and use Google or Meta deletion and revocation flows.
Last updated May 6, 2026
Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of Chorus Local account, workspace, and connected-integration data. It is intended to support customer privacy requests and developer-platform verification requirements for Google Business Profile, Facebook Login, Facebook Pages, and Instagram business integrations.
Chorus Local is operated by Shreekaram Global LLC. Deletion and revocation requests for Chorus Local should be sent to the legal/support contact below or handled through the provider callback flows described on this page.
Deletion requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy, Terms, applicable law, written agreements, platform rules, and the customer's workspace authority. We may need to verify identity, account ownership, or workspace authorization before completing a request.
Requesting deletion from Chorus Local
To request deletion, contact legal@choruslocal.com from the email address associated with your account and include the workspace name, connected business profile or Page name, the type of data you want deleted, and whether you are requesting account deletion, workspace deletion, integration disconnection, or deletion of specific connected-provider data.
Workspace owners may also disconnect supported integrations in product settings where available. Disconnecting an integration stops future sync, publishing, and provider actions through Chorus Local, but it does not automatically remove content already published to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, or other third-party services.
After a verified request, Chorus Local will delete or de-identify eligible account, workspace, OAuth token, integration metadata, drafts, media, and operational records where technically feasible and legally required. Some records may be retained for a limited period for security, billing, tax, dispute, legal hold, backup, fraud-prevention, or immutable audit purposes.
Google Business Profile data
Google Business Profile data may include authorized account and location identifiers, business profile details, reviews, replies, draft responses, integration health details, provider error messages, and OAuth tokens or refresh tokens where granted.
You can stop future Google access by disconnecting the Google integration in Chorus Local and by revoking Chorus Local access in your Google Account permissions. Chorus Local will delete or restrict eligible stored Google Business Profile data after a verified deletion request, subject to audit, security, legal, backup, and provider-policy obligations.
Chorus Local's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data
Meta-connected data may include Facebook Login identifiers, Page identifiers, Instagram business account identifiers, granted permissions, access tokens, publishing eligibility details, approved publishing records, provider errors, and records needed to process deauthorization or data deletion callbacks.
You can stop future Meta access by disconnecting the integration in Chorus Local, removing Chorus Local from Facebook or Instagram app settings, or removing Page/business access in Meta's tools. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram must also be managed through Meta's own surfaces.
For Facebook Login data deletion callbacks, Chorus Local's production callback URL is https://api.choruslocal.com/api/v1/integrations/meta/data-deletion. When Meta sends a valid signed deletion request, Chorus Local records the request, redacts matching Meta OAuth identifiers and tokens where found, marks matching integrations for setup review, and returns a confirmation code with a status URL in the form https://api.choruslocal.com/api/v1/integrations/meta/data-deletion/status/{confirmationCode}.
What may be retained
Deletion does not remove records that Chorus Local must retain to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, maintain billing and tax records, preserve immutable approval or publish audit trails, investigate security issues, or restore from ordinary backups for a limited period.
When retained records are no longer needed, Chorus Local deletes, redacts, aggregates, or de-identifies them according to operational retention controls and applicable obligations.
Response timing
Chorus Local aims to acknowledge verified deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletion within the timeframe required by applicable law or platform policy. Complex workspace, backup, billing, security, or third-party-provider dependencies may require additional time.
